Description
The İZEKO Real Estate Management System is a web-based CRM and listing platform developed for the Izmir Real Estate Agents Association. The system enables agents to manage their property portfolios, customers, and transactions digitally in one place. Once approved, listings are automatically published on major real estate portals such as Sahibinden, HepsiEmlak, and Emlakjet. Agents can register customers, match their demands with available listings, and view detailed statistics about the overall market and their own performance. The platform includes an AI-powered content generator that creates professional property descriptions instantly, saving significant time during the listing process. A ticket-based support system is integrated, and live AI chat assistance is planned for future versions. I contributed to the backend architecture, frontend interface, and AI content generation module during the development process.
